FREE TRAINING FOR BUSINESS GROWTH
hjs Springfield (our Human Resources division) has been running a series of 11 workshops in the local area. Topics range from Strategic Planning to Maximising Performance; from Managing Change to Improving Your Leadership Style.
If you are a CEO, business owner or director and employ between 5 and 249 staff, then you have the opportunity to increase business performance by attending a range of workshops designed to develop your managerial and leadership skills.
Eligible enterprises in Hampshire have been attending the workshops and taking advantage of the £1000 government grant available through the Train to Gain scheme.
