Will gets on his bike for Naomi House
hjs staff member Will Baggs will be taking part in the London to Paris charity bike ride in June this year - to raise funds for local Children’s Hospice, Naomi House.
The London to Paris event involves over 100 cyclists from all walks of life. They will start from the heart of the City and then ride through the Kent countryside to Dover, to catch the ferry to Calais.
Once in France, participants then have a further three days in the saddle, travelling through villages, towns, countryside and forests.
On arrival in Paris, the cyclists will circle the Arc de Triomphe, before reaching the finish point beneath the Eiffel Tower.
Will said “I started cycling to work a few months ago, and was keen to take on a challenge like this. When I heard about the London to Paris event I thought it would be a great thing to take part in, and a good way to help such a worthwhile local charity”.
